A Note on How We Source Your Plants

Welcome to The Greenhouse Gang! As a husband-and-wife team running a licensed, home-based nursery, our goal is to give you the personal, "mom and pop" experience you just can't get from a big box store.

We love plants, and our passion means we always want to offer you the best, healthiest, and most unique plants possible. To do this, we offer two different ways to shop with us. We want to be completely transparent about how we work, so you always know exactly what you're getting.

1. In-Stock & Ready-to-Ship (WYSIWYG)

These are plants that we have personally sourced from our commercial wholesaler, brought back to our nursery, and cared for in our own home. We've hand-selected these for their unique beauty and health.

  • What it means: The photos on the product page are of the exact plant you will receive. This is what we call WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get).

  • Why we do it: For unique, high-variation plants (like a 'Philodendron Orange Princess Marble Galaxy'), we want you to be able to fall in love with the specific plant you're buying. There's no guesswork!

  • Shipping: These plants are in our possession and are ready to be carefully packed and shipped to you right away.

Look for "(WYSIWYG - Plant Pictured)" in the product title!

2. Grower's Choice Selections

As a small nursery, we can't afford to stock every beautiful plant under the sun (though we wish we could!). But we do have special access to the amazing, high-quality inventory at our trusted, licensed Florida wholesale partner.

  • What it means: When you order a "Grower's Choice" plant, we personally drive to our partner nursery and hand-pick the absolute best, healthiest, and most beautiful plant from their available stock, just for you.

  • Why we do it: This allows us to offer you a much wider catalog of incredible plants than we could ever fit on our own shelves. You get access to a massive inventory, but with our personal, expert selection.

  • Shipping: Because we source this plant specifically for your order, please allow an extra 5-7 business days for us to pick up, prepare, and safely ship your new friend. It's worth the wait!
