We pack every plant with the love and care of a proud plant parent, but we know the journey to your home can sometimes be a bumpy ride. Our 'Happy Plant' Promise is our commitment to making sure you have a great experience with the Gang, from checkout to unboxing.
The Golden Rule: The First 24 Hours
Your new plant's health upon arrival is our top priority. That’s why we have a 24-hour 'Arrive Alive' guarantee.
Please inspect your new green friends as soon as you unbox them. If you notice any significant damage or are concerned about your plant's health, you must reach out to us within 24 hours of the marked delivery time.
What to Do If Your Plant Arrived Sad
If your order arrived in rough shape, don't worry! Just follow these simple steps, and we'll get it sorted out for you:

Snap Some Photos: Take a few clear pictures of the damaged plant(s) and the box it arrived in. The more angles, the better! This helps us understand what went wrong.

Send Us an Email: Shoot us an email at [Your Nursery's Email Address Here] with your photos, your order number, and a quick description of the issue.

We'll Make It Right: Once we review your email, our team will get in touch with you. For any issues covered by our promise, we're happy to offer a replacement plant (if available) or store credit to use on your next purchase. Your choice!
A Little Leaf Trauma vs. Real Trouble
Plants are living things, and shipping can be stressful! A little bit of wilting, a few yellow or dropped leaves, or slightly bent stems are normal signs of transit shock. These are usually not cause for alarm, and your plant should perk right up with a good drink of water and some gentle light.
Our 'Happy Plant' Promise covers significant damage like broken main stems, severe rot, a plant that is clearly dead on arrival, or a completely incorrect order.
Once Your Plant is Settled In
After the 24-hour window, we consider your plant to be safely in your care, and its continued health is in your green thumbs! Because of this, all sales are final after 24 hours. We cannot be responsible for the adventures (or misadventures) of your plant's life in its new home, but we are always here to offer care tips and advice!
Pots, Tools, and Other Goodies (Non-Perishables)
Changed your mind about a pot or a tool? No problem! You can return any non-plant item within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unused condition. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
