Your Plant's Big Adventure: Our Shipping Policy 🌱

 

Hooray! You're about to welcome a new member to your plant family. We know you're excited to meet your new green pal, so here’s everything you need to know about how we get them from our greenhouse to your home, safe and sound.

 

The Pre-Flight Checklist (Processing Time)

 

Before they begin their journey, we give your new plants a little spa day. Our team carefully prepares, grooms, and packs your order with love and care. This takes us 3 to 5 business days.

To avoid your new plant baby spending a lonely weekend at the post office, we only ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

 

Your Ticket to a Greener Home (Shipping Method & Costs)

 

We want your plants to have a comfy and speedy trip!

  • Carrier: We ship all our green friends via USPS Priority Mail (or a comparable 3-day service).

  • Cost: We use a flat-rate shipping fee of $18 per box.

  • Packing: Our custom boxes can safely hold between 3 to 5 plants (up to a weight of 5 pounds). If your order is a big one and needs more room, a second box will be started for an additional $18 shipping fee.

Weather Watch (Seasonal Shipping)

 

Plants can be divas about the weather! While our team keeps an eye on the national forecast and reserves the right to hold an order during extreme heatwaves or cold snaps, we count on you to be the expert on your local climate.

It is your responsibility to check your local weather before ordering. If you have any concerns about extreme temperatures, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order, and we'll be happy to arrange a temporary shipping hold for you!

 

Where Our Gang Roams (Shipping Destinations)

 

  • Destinations: We currently ship throughout the contiguous United States (the lower 48). At this time, we are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territories.

  • P.O. Boxes: Shipping to a P.O. Box? Please ensure your local post office will accept a package of this size. The Greenhouse Gang is not responsible for orders that are rejected or returned by a P.O. Box facility.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double, triple, and quadruple-check your shipping address! We'll send your plants to the exact address you provide, so we cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

 

Local Gang Pickup (Lakeland, Florida)

 

Live near Lakeland, FL? Lucky you! We offer local pickup by appointment only. Simply choose the "Local Pickup" option at checkout, and we'll email you to arrange a convenient time to swing by and grab your new green pals.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your plant's adventure! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out.
